Charging Instructions

• Insert the USB end of the cable into a computer USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Line up the magnetic pins on the charging cable with the contacts on the back of the watch until it snaps into place.
• A charging screen will appear to confirm your watch is charging.

Care Instructions

To keep your smartwatch in top condition, regular maintenance is essential. This includes cleaning the screen and band, ensuring software is up to date, and avoiding exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. To make sure your watch is up to date, please check for firmware updates. You can find this in the device settings menu in the iTOUCH Wearables app. Wipe your smartwatch weekly with a soft, damp cloth, and clean the band based on its material (e.g., silicone, leather, metal). Charge it with the original cable and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
